This message is for you mystics out there who are genuinely interested in the truth.
If you’ve been trying to use the typical manifestation practices out there to attract physical health, you may have noticed it doesn’t work nearly as often as it seems like it should. And you may have noticed you’re actually suffering more by relying on these practices.
I feel you. I know it’s hard and you’re at your wit’s end.
Stick with me, and I’ll give you a lighter, truer and happier way of helping your body heal.
CAN WE MANIFEST HEALTH?
In today’s post, I’d like to refine our understanding of what manifestation really is and what is actually the best way to help yourself heal.
The typical practice of manifesting your reality basically involves you trying to bend reality to your will by focusing really hard on what you want to achieve, seeing, feeling, believing it’s already happened, with all the vision boards and affirmations that go with that.
And then when it doesn’t pan out like you hoped, you’re discouraged, you’re blaming yourself and feeling even worse than when you started, sometimes. Sometimes maybe it works, and if so that’s wonderful! I’m truly happy for you because I really do care. But I care so much that I want to lighten that load you’re carrying and give you a more aligned alternative.
Our mission here is to rewild our souls by flowing more with life and living naturally, gracefully and in sync with the divine will. True empowerment is when you’re aware of your infinite nature, you’re shining your light confidently, you’re fully in the present moment, and you trust that Source will provide everything you need when you need it.
Because look at what happens in manifesting when you’re focused on achieving a future state of health that is not your current reality: Your energy is leaking out into the future. Remember, all your power lies in the present moment. And you’re not in your body because it’s a lot of mental work, with affirmations that are not believable. The practice is a joyless one, and it feels fake. It takes a lot of effort to maintain.
Now, this is not to say you’re powerless. Quite the opposite in fact! But your true power comes from Source, not from your own traumatized ego with its desires and fears. Manifesting is you projecting your desires through the filter of your fears and traumas. Your beautiful, unique, precious individual self is infinitely valuable and important. But until you sync up with the grandness of your infinite soul, your fears and traumas will control you and keep popping up in your reality to be seen and addressed.
So it’ll look like you’re failing to manifest health. In reality, your symptoms are showing you what you’re still learning and discovering in this life. It’s either misalignment with your true divine nature, or it’s a way to access your true divine nature.
SYNC UP WITH SOURCE
So, we want to sync up with our infinite Source self, shining the light of our soul and radiating it out of our heart and every cell in our body, and as it radiates out it is reflected back to us from all directions, flowing through our body and field, as we swim with the current of life, in the flow state and divinely inspired and surrendered.
To do this, instead of manifesting health by projecting our desires through our traumatized ego, we heal that trauma and expand our awareness by welcoming and integrating all the parts of ourselves. So our health issues suddenly become gifts of gold we can use to find the fears, traumas, limiting beliefs and restrictive identities that are blocking our soul’s light.
Instead of resisting the pain, we welcome its wisdom and its emotional root cause as a message from our body and as a part of ourselves wanting to be reunited with us. I explain more about how to do that in my video on turning pain into light, which you can view HERE.
We then stop aiming for some future goal of perfect health, and instead become the hero of our own story, an explorer out to discover the mysteries and wonders of health by experiencing all sides of health, both the lack of health and an abundance of health.
Our symptoms we investigate with curiosity and surrender, loving the hero’s journey not because it is easy but because it is profound and teaches us to love our bodies and our healing journey unconditionally.
Then the other part of this is to expand not only internally, integrating the density and hidden parts inside us into the light of our awareness, but also externally, expanding our awareness day by day through meditation and an awareness of the stillness and peace of the Source field. That could mean sitting in a traditional meditation; it could also mean just being, just being present and aware of being more than the body. And it definitely entails dissolving the old beliefs and identities keeping you small and powerless.
And then from this place of expanded awareness, not only are you synced up more and more with the Source field, more every day, in surrender to the flow of how life wants to bring you health, but, yes, also from this place of expanded awareness you are much more easily able to work with your mind and emotions because they just feel so small in comparison to the grandness of your soul.
And from this place, yes, you are able to talk to your body and guide it to heal, listen to what it has to say, and just in general open up your intuition through your body because you do not feel powerless to your body or to your subconscious, or to anything in your reality.
Then when you talk to your cells, it’s coming from a place of authority – from a soul who knows it’s infinite. That’s when your cells listen. And that’s when your illness stops being a problem and starts being your path to explosive breakthroughs and expansion of consciousness.
When your personal will is in sync with the divine will, everything happens in divine order and timing. You receive your body’s wisdom instead of pushing it away. Instead of manifesting in order to get away from the pain, you welcome the light in your pain, you bless the world with it, and you shine that wisdom out to everyone. You learn everything you wanted to learn from your pain, and your experience and learning was not in vain.
Because, maybe perfect health never was the goal. Maybe it was always to rewild your soul and remember who you really are.
Namaste, my friend.
